As the founder and director, Sam is involved in the business operations. Additionally, he is hands-on as a field engineer. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring his passion for food as a foodie.
Qualifications: B,Sc Info Sys, Bus & Law. Eng, Elect Eng in Mechatronics and Robotics. Cisco CCE, Radiation Safety Certification, Use License (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, NT, SA, WA, Tas), Testers License, Consultant Radiation Expert (EPA).

Buket has 20+ years of corporate experience including IT, Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Service, and Delivery.
She is motivated by understanding customer needs, driving business process mapping and improvement initiatives. Buket plays a pivotal role in optimising operations and enhancing efficiency.
Outside of work, Buket enjoys time with family, friends, organising picnics, and supporting her sons basketball games. She also serves on the School Council Committee at the school of her sons.

Paul – Snr. Systems Administrator
Paul is a Senior Systems Administrator and has excelled in IT since 2009. His journey from service desk support to senior server engineering highlights his adaptability and expertise in enterprise monitoring, automation, and cloud systems. At Medic Cloud, Paul oversees all IT aspects, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. Recognised for his problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach, Paul is a valued asset. Outside work, Paul enjoys fishing, camping and skydiving.

Kadir’s background spans electronics and data cabling, specialising in allied health and veterinary environments. As a field engineer at Medic Cloud, he installs, maintains, and services x-ray equipment onsite. In the office, he supports customer calls, writes service reports, and designs x-ray room floor plans. Kadir is dedicated to enhancing clinical outcomes by applying his technical skills to ensure top-notch patient care equipment. Beyond work, he values family time, plays soccer, and coaches junior teams.
Qualifications: Radiation Safety, X-ray Certification, DoH Use License, Electrical License D (REL).
Ben – Jnr. Field Engineer
Ben is a junior X-ray Field Technician and IT Support Specialist who supports the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic imaging systems. Having grown up around the medical imaging and IT industry, he brings a grounded understanding of technical concepts to his role and approaches each task with a strong focus on reliability and customer support. Outside of work, he enjoys motorbike riding and exploring new video games.

Josh brings a solid foundation in IT support, built from his experience as an IT technician at a busy law firm. In this role, he handled day-to-day troubleshooting, maintained IT infrastructure, and supported security measures, including contributions towards ISO 27001 compliance. Beyond his technical background, Josh is also a passionate creative with a background in the arts and game development. He remains active in the indie game scene and is currently broadening his skill set in web development and digital design.
