The Medic Cloud story
In 2012, Sam Ogutucu founded us (Medic Cloud) from his garage, while conducting service and repairs on Computed Radiography (CR) units.
In a short time, Sam became a reputable service provider to CR systems users. The catalyst for success was Sam’s engineering and IT background and understanding of business. Despite the success, the vision did not stop there. The next step was to become a one-stop-shop supplier for all things diagnostic imaging.
In 2019 we acquired a Melbourne office with a warehouse to setup:
- Complete x-ray equipment rooms, and
- New clinics from concept to design.
What services do we provide?
As part of our service, we handle all project management tasks. This allows the client practice to focus on providing excellent patient outcomes. We can carry out:
- X-ray machine install and maintenance,
- Information Technology (IT) services,
- Private Cloud services,
- Internet connections,
- Phone systems,
- Electrical work and data cabling,
- Alarm and CCTV installations.
How do we work?
Sam’s philosophy in the business is straightforward. To focus on doing what we enjoy and building long-term relationships with clients. This philosophy is now ingrained in the DNA of Medic Cloud. We treat each client as if we own and run their business.
To this day, we pride ourselves on ownership, accountability, and responsibility with every client. Sam is actively involved in the on-site work across various clinics. He also personally attends to installation and setup needs.
Although we specialise within the Medical and Veterinary space, we also serve clients from various industries. We service engineering, construction, and architecture, retail businesses, law firms, and real estate agencies.
We proudly apply the same level of quality expected in the Medical industry to all sectors.
