Recent remote & rural service runs
Between January and February 2025, we completed several service runs, demonstrating our commitment to regional Australian clinics while maintaining cost-efficiency:
- South East Coast: We serviced sixteen clinics, starting in Victoria’s Gippsland region, then travelling north-east through Bega, Batemans Bay, Shellharbour, Wollongong, and finishing in Sydney.
- Central Victoria to Central NSW: We covered Albury/Wodonga, then headed north through Wagga Wagga, Young, Temora, Forbes, and Tumut before returning to Melbourne.
- Northern NSW: Clinics in Lismore, Goonellabah, Casino, Moree, Inverell, Glen Innes, Gunnedah, Tamworth, Muswellbrook, and Newcastle received our support.
- South West Victoria: We provided preventative maintenance and service work to clinics in Clifton Springs, Geelong, Grovedale, and Torquay.
During this period, we also managed two x-ray equipment relocations. One of our most challenging tasks involved transporting equipment from a Middlemount clinic in Queensland. Despite severe flooding in the region, our logistics team successfully rerouted along an additional five-hour journey, collecting the equipment on the same day and ensuring its safe delivery. This adaptability and reliability are crucial when servicing remote areas, minimising disruption to clinic operations.
